COURSE: KUMI-E: JAPANESE PAPER ART

Learn this unique blend of Japanese paper art and collage developed by artist Mutsuko Bonnardeaux. Kumi-E combines a personal blend of techniques borrowed from the Japanese Chigiri-E (hand torn paper pictures) and Hari-E (collages). Included in this blend of techniques are elements derived from batik, weaving, doll-making and ceramics. Fee includes all materials.
