Join popular olive and olive oil specialist Stan Kailis to learn how to prepare tasty nutritious table olives that will amaze your family and friends. He will lead you through the art and science of preparing table olives by natural methods using only water, salt, vinegar herbs and spices - no harsh chemicals. Learn the secrets of Greek-style, Sicilian and French provincial olive processing. The evening includes hands on activities and table olive tasting.
