This workshop gives managers/supervisors additional knowledge and skills to better exercise their responsibility for improving their staff's performance. You will learn to: a) sponsor training and development activities beneficial to the profitability of your organisation b) understand and articulate processes involved in effective learning c) undertake personal responsibility for training, coaching and development of staff and d) direct and control the work of training and development specialists.
