This workshop introduces managers to practical HRM procedures that emphasise the importance of people to organisational success and the value of a systematic approach to management. At the conclusion of the workshop participants should be able to develop or modify a set of HRM policies appropriate to their organisation and build up a set of procedures based on these policies after sighting and discussing procedural approaches associated with some of these policies.
