Dynamic clarinet soloist Catherine Cahill, backed by the WA Symphonic Band, along with the WA Children’s Choir and exciting percussion group Defying Gravity will combine talents bringing together A Showcase of Stars.

Catherine is a regular player with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Orchestra and Malaysian Philharmonic. She is also an active chamber musician, and teacher at both the W.A. Academy of Performing Arts and the University of Western Australia School of Music.

The WA Children’s Choir, conducted by Su Lyn Chong, with a ten year track record of performing excellence will enchant the audience with their quality sound.

Defying Gravity percussion ensemble will sweep you into a world of sound, exciting rhythms and seductive melodies mixed together through their diverse collection of percussive instruments. They perform regularly to sell out audiences and has established a national following through its recordings and broadcasts for ABC Classic FM
