The wish for a happy and meaningful life is one which we all share. Lama Zopa Rinpoche, a Buddhist monk of the Tibetan Gelugpa tradition, will talk on how one may achieve this aim through the Buddhist philosophy.

Lama Zopa Rinpoche was born in Nepal, fled Tibet in 1959 and is now the spiritual director of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition which has meditation centres, hospices, clinics and centres of advanced study around the world.
