PUBLIC TALK: Contemporary Indigenous Art and Artists

Clotilde Bullen is Associate Curator of Indigenous Art at the Art Gallery of Western Australia. In this talk Clotilde speaks about contemporary urban Indigenous art and artists, and some of the important issues facing these artists. She also considers the role of an Indigenous curator and the challenges that come with this position.
This talk is presented on National Sorry Day, and is part of the public program for 'No ordinary place: the art of David Malangi' at the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery until 6 June.
