Veselka Ukrainian Dance Ensemble presents its first- ever National Australian tour – Cossack Spirit 2005. Since 1965, Veselka has captivated audiences worldwide with its exquisite costumes, original choreography and amazing athleticism, truly one of Australia’s quality home-grown multicultural talents. Following successful tours of the United States of America, Ukraine and most recently Canada, Veselka is finally embarking on a National Australian Tour, unleashing the vibrant and explosive spectacle of the ‘Cossack Spirit’. From elegant turns and lifts, to acrobatic tumbles, leaps and Cossack-style kicks, Veselka’s stage performance incorporates the many different regions of Ukraine, combining them into one emphatic spectacle.
