JEAN HOUSTON PUBLIC LECTURE Dr Jean Houston is an internationally renowned scholar, philosopher and a visionary researcher in human capacities. In this lecture she will discuss her current work with the United Nations Development Program and her recent research in Social Artistry leadership. Social Artistry is founded on the transformation of learners into integrated mind, body and spiritual persons. Social artists are entrepreneurs of social and cultural change, informed on world issues from the perspective of different cultures, intuitive about the complex dynamics in a changing global culture and spiritual with deeply held beliefs sustaining and inspiring their work. Jean Houston is a powerful and dynamic speaker, she works with social leaders, educational institutions and business organisations worldwide. She has worked intensively in 40 cultures helping to enhance and deepen their sense of uniqueness and her ability to inspire and invigorate enables her to readily convey her vision.

JEAN HOUSTON WORKSHOP A unique opportunity to join Jean Houston and Peggy Nash-Ruben as they share the ideas, practices and applications of Social Artistry. New inner growth and capacity is catalysed into congruent visible work through the exploration of practical skills, tools, strategies and passions to effect radical change and action in the world. Jean describes a Social Artist as one who brings the focus, attentiveness, skills and individual genius of the artist to serve human beings and activates the current transition towards creative change and growth. Jean and Peggy's aim is to provide strategies that can work in an interconnected world, training effective leaders who can productively address interconnected public problems
