Meditation and The Buddha’s Teachings (Free classes conducted in English/Chinese)

Learn more about developing the clarity of mind and liberate yourself from afflictive emotions at classes conducted by the UWA Buddhist Bliss Culture Society (BBCS).

Sitting & Walking Meditations- To purify the mind, develop awareness and clarity of mind, leading to inner peace, bliss and brightness, and causing a positive effect on the physical body and a healthy mental culture.

Buddha’s Teachings- To embrace an enlightened way of life by developing wisdom, to attain a happier life, liberating oneself from afflictive emotions and suffering.

Progressive classes will be conducted on Tuesday afternoons (1:00 – 1:45pm) at Prescott Court (opp. Biological Sciences Library) on the following dates: *Meeting at Sue Boyd Room in the event of rain.
