Biographical note:
Helen Fulton was educated in England and Australia and is a graduate of the universities of Sydney and Oxford. She held postdoctoral fellowships from the University of Wales and the Leverhulme Foundation before taking up a permanent appointment in the Department of English at the University of Sydney. Her recent administrative positions include Pro-Dean in the Faculty of Arts, Director of the B.A. degree, Director of the Celtic Studies programme and Research Co-ordinator of the School of English, Art History, Film and Media. She was a Visiting Fellow at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, and the Institute of English Studies, University of London, during the 2003-2004 northern academic year.
