An Iftar (breaking of the fast in Ramadan) for women will be held at the Lawrence Wilson Gallery, UWA on 23 October 2004 from 6 to 8.30pm. It will be a way of learning about Islam where Muslim students will talk about how Ramadan in celebrated in their respective families. Members of the Guides Australia will also be joining the event .
Dinner will be served. You do not need to be a Muslim to attend the event.
All those interested (female staff and students) are invited. Please RSVP by Friday 22 October 2004, 6pm. RSVP essential.
