La boheme at the Octagon : Special Rush price for UWA staff. $25 each! Other events...
Come and see the production that had sell-out audiences across Australia laughing, crying and cheering wildly! Opera Australia’s OzOpera is performing Puccini’s La bohème for one Perth performance only at the Octagon Theatre, UWA on Saturday 25 September at 8pm. La bohème is one of the most popular operas ever written. OzOpera's production, sung in English with a vibrant young cast, is a great way to experience the magical world of opera. Set in the bohemian quarter of Paris, La bohéme follows the story of penniless poet Rodolfo as he falls head over heels in love with a poor seamstress, Mimi. From a passionate, stormy relationship to tragic illness, love emerges triumphantly.

We have a limited number of tickets available at the special rush price of $25* per person (save up to $30 per ticket!). UWA students are also welcome to take up this offer, so please let your students know about this performance. Rush tickets are available through BOCS ticketing on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 September only. Phone BOCS on 9484 1133 or 1800 193 300 and quote "Rush Offer" to receive this special price.

*transaction fees apply.
