Equally acclaimed as solo recitalist and chamber musician, Stephanie McCallum gave what is believed to be the first ever performance of Alkan’s "Chants" at her critically acclaimed Wigmore Hall debut. She has appeared at major festivals including Cheltenham, Huddersfield and the Sydney Spring Festival and performed with such groups as the Australian Chamber Orchestra, ELISION and The Australia Ensemble. She has recorded several CD’s including a best-selling disc of French piano music and Liszt’s From the Years of Pilgrimage.
