• Create (including switching off GST), amend and cancel a purchase order

• Add an attachment/supporting documentation

• Receipt and part-receipt purchase orders

• Amend and cancel receipts

• Understand what a blanket purchase order is and how to receipt

• Create consolidated purchase orders including: multiple shipping addresses, account codes and project grants, splitting lines by % and amounts.

• Amend and update shipping addresses

• Add a purchase order default and header/line comments

• Copy a purchase order

• Create an express purchase order

• Review a purchase order and identify if the receipt and invoice has been processed

The UWA Staff Orientation program is open for new and existing staff. In this half-day event, you will have the opportunity to learn about the University of Western Australia, meet senior staff, and network with other people who are part of the campus community.
