Using recycled and craft materials, you will be guided through the process of making your own DIY crankie. A visual-storytelling device often accompanied by narration and music, crankies, or moving panoramas, were a popular form of entertainment in the 19th century. You will explore basic construction and storytelling techniques to create your own miniature, hand-cranked story to take home. AGES: 7+ PRICE: $20
