Inclusive Arts Week: Going Slow Tour

Slow down your day by joining us for a different kind of art gallery tour. Similar to mindfulness exercises that focus on your breathing, in this tour we settle our minds on the artwork. We begin this session with a close observation of selected artworks from the current exhibitions, followed by an informal discussion on the themes of empathy and emotional intelligence. Community Partner: Institute for Creative Health with support from the Australian Government Catalyst Arts and Culture Fund
