The staff appraisal process is a critical part of supporting our staff and the University as a whole in achieving the UWA 2030 vision. Our People and Culture priorities focus on building workforce capability, fostering a high performance culture and encouraging innovation and development. Staff appraisals are a key mechanism to help us achieve these priorities. Staff appraisals provide an opportunity to review performance over the past 12 months and set objectives and development goals for the next 12 months. The appraiser training will cover the appraisal process, navigating the system, preparing and conducting an appraisal and agreeing on objectives and development activities.
