WORKSHOP: Conducting Successful Meetings

This workshop is designed to assist you with improving the quality of meetings or committees you conduct or chair. In particular it will look at forward planning as a key to meeting success, establishing purpose and process, roles of office bearers, dealing with difficult people and/or situations, do’s and don’ts for effective meetings, and evaluating a meeting.
