New approach to Vietname and Australia's agriculture trade and investment in an uncertain world : Dr Khoi Dang, will present a novel and smart trade and investment approach to take advantage of the main strengths of Australia and Vietnam Other events...
Agriculture is a critical component of the vibrant trade between Australia and Vietnam. While this trade relationship has recently witnessed some developments, the uncertain future of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) has raised a question of how the two countries can overcome challenges and grasp opportunities without the US commitment to the regional trade.

Dr Khoi Dang will present a ‘novel’ and ‘smart’ trade and investment approach to take advantages of the main strengths of both countries.

He will review major trends in the agricultural sectors of the two countries with some descriptive analyses.

In particular, Dr Khoi Dang will explain the main strengths and weaknesses of Vietnamese and Australian agriculture and the similarities. He will also introduce a new approach to trade and investment and provide policy recommendations.
