Rise and Shine UWA Students! Start your day the right way, with UWA Sport Pop Up Yoga and Pilates. Join us afterwards for some healthy treats to give your brain a boost before the big day ahead!

Mon 20 Feb: Pilates and Mindfulness with instructor Kelly Castlemain @ Reid Lawn (Great Court South)

Tue 21 Feb: Pilates and Mindfulness with instructor Kelly Castlemain @ Reid Lawn (Great Court South)

Wed 22 Feb: Yoga with instructor Dani Sands @ Reid Lawn (Great Court South)

Thur 23 Feb: Pilates and Mindfulness with instructor Kelly Castlemain @ Reid Lawn (Great Court South)

Fri 24 Feb: Yoga with instructor Dani Sands @ Matilda Bay Foreshore
