Bob Carr, Director, Australia-China Relations Institute. The Honourable Bob Carr is Professor in International Relations at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). He is the Director of the Australia-China Relations Institute (ACRI), the only Australian think tank devoted to illuminating the Australia-China relationship. ACRI Director Professor Carr will explore the prospect of another 850 million Chinese enjoying middle class status by 2030 and the impact that this will have on Australia’s economic future.
