Led by acclaimed practitioner Lynn Jones, each student will be expertly guided through the intricacies of knitting or crocheting, in the process learning the deft skills required.

The subsidised production kit will enable each student to complete a project by the end of the course. These crafts have an acknowledged soothing effect on the body and participants, working in a safe and social atmosphere, will learn to enter the zone of mindfulness and wellbeing that knitting and crocheting engenders.

This course is aimed at individuals who have basic skills in knitting and wish to enhance their knowledge and skill.
