Part Two deals with the core business of agenda and minutes writing and record-keeping. Clear, succinct and informative agenda papers contribute significantly to successful meetings. The preparation and writing of such papers can be a rewarding experience for the committee executive officer. The committee executive officer can support and complement the work of the chair and the committee by taking the notes in a meeting and converting them to a sound, concise and succinct set of minutes.
