This introductory course in mindfulness will help you to understand and experience the broad principles and practices associated with mindfulness; and to apply mindfulness principles and practices to your daily life to create greater awareness of yourself and others (e.g. personal stress triggers, interpersonal communication).
Sessions will involve mindfulness meditation exercises, gentle stretching exercises, group discussions, and reflection on personal mindfulness practice.
Most sessions are 1 hour at lunchtimes, with one Saturday morning extended session on May 23. A commitment to all sessions is requested.
Registration required online by April 22.
