WORKSHOP: Writing Policies and Procedures: From Formulation to Dissemination

We will focus on both policy formulation process and content and participants will be given the opportunity to assess and work on selected policies. You will undertake a number of practical writing exercises which exemplify the typical policy development process. These exercises facilitate thinking about how written communication can be used as a tool to engender stakeholder support or even amend a policy to meet changing needs and demands.
