This workshop will look at the key characteristics of high performing teams and how to build and maintain effective teams. Participants will
understand the key characteristics of high performing teams;
understand individual working and communication styles within the team;
understand how to communicate and formulate a clear vision, objectives and goals and
develop a team professional development plan.
