Learn what mindfulness is all about, techniques to be mindful, such as; meditation, body scanning and walking. Become aware of the differences between responding and reacting, and learn about general communication styles particularly when under stress. Use mindfulness tools to manage stress and create more harmonious interpersonal relationships.
