EVENT: Confucius Forum

The UWA Confucius Institute is delighted to host the second Confucius Forum in the Theatre Auditorium at The University Club of Western Australia from 6pm-8.30pm on Tuesday 16 September 2014. We proudly have the following speakers on the night and they are: 1. Mr Kong Xianlin, the 75th Generation Grandson of Confucius. He serves as the General Secretary of the World Confucius Congress and Vice President of the Confucius Research Institute. Topic : The Confucius Family 2. Prof Fu Youde, Director of the Centre of Inter-religious Studies and the Head of the Philosophy and Social Development College of Shandong University and the Vice President of the Chinese Association of Religious Study. Topic: Greece, Jerusalem and Qufu: Cultural Types and Their Transformation 3. Prof Yan Binggang, Director of the Advance Institute for Confucius Studies at Shandong University and Vice President of the Confucius Studies Association in Shandong.
