WORKSHOP: Courageous conversations about race

The University has identified cultural competence as a critical attribute for both our staff and graduates, and absolutely vital for a globalised university striving for international excellence. Working with staff and students from different cultures is both rewarding and challenging. This workshop deepens the dialogue by challenging members of the University community to think through the various ways race and culture affects their life and professional practice. It will provide an opportunity to increase your comfort, confidence and capacity to work effectively with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
