Student files at UWA are managed electronically in TRIM, the University’s official records management system. The records captured on the student file document the student’s relationship with the University, protect the rights of both UWA and the student and can become a very rich source of archival value research material over time. This information session outlines the policies, procedures, responsibilities and requirements for managing electronic student records in TRIM at UWA.
