An Inquiring Minds lecture by Erika Techera, Professor and Dean of Law at The University of Western Australia.

This presentation will trace the development of the Law of the Sea from ancient origins to modern challenges. No doubt significant advances have been made but recently it has become clear that the oceans and their living resources are coming under increasing pressure.
